Well… I did preorder a beautiful funko pop , when I sent my first email requesting some information everything was going perfect, rapid response and great customer service .
Then customer service mentioned my funko was shipped and I will get it on the next 2 weeks.
2 weeks pass by and I didn’t receive my funko then … I wrote and email asking what is going on??? customer service said they had a problem with distribution and there was a delay on the orders, what??? I did ask myself… didn’t you guys already sent the funko 😂😂 then they sent me back an email of the penalty if I requested my money back 🤷🏻♀️( never cross my mind) and yes I was very disappointed because they lied and respond was not as fast. Anyway I wrote back confirming that I will wait and mention it will be nice if you keep customer informed about their purchase.
I did receive my funko 2 weeks after Finally 🤗.
Personally I don’t think I will buy again anything from Toynado and can’t recommend the company to any of my friends.
