Both Jazz figures arrived pretty quick after ordering. It approx 5 business days(thats basic canada post expitited shipping). Packaged well both boxes came undamaged. My 9yr old son Opened up Jazz transformed him added to his collection! Highly recommended

Nostalgia aside, it is a decent figure, with a few flaws. It's got some parts that will give you problems changing bot to alt mode(e.g. engines) sometimes. Looks good though, and it has some nice little references to the g1 cartoon. I will have to add that the best part was the customer service. I've had nothing but good to say about my conversations with the staff. They're usually pretty quick to reply to any messages, and are super friendly! Package arrived within a couple of days from time of order, and it was well packacged. It's online shops like this that make me glad I don't use Amazon anymore.
