They got my order processed and out extremely quickly and it arrived in great shape. I have noticed that there prices can be a bit higher on items that are not "in the secondary market yet" then a lot of other sites which is a shame as they have a great selection. This would be easier to swallow if they offered free shipping on orders over a certain price like many other sites do but I couldn't find any mention of anything like that on there site. Still very fast and great service though.

Item arrived with a dented box. Reached out to Toynado multiple times with ZERO response. Won't order from them again.

This customer did not order our Collector Grade add-on for only a few bucks that would have ensured we selected the nicest package and took extra care with padding for shipping, nor did he even bother to reach out in advance to advise that he required an immaculate box, but now expresses resentment that we do not want to pay for return AND re-shipping costs over a very minor cosmetic issue with his packaging. Our policies, that he clearly did not bother to review, explain how this all this is supposed to work and attempt to shield us from zany characters who try to take advantage of toy stores. Knowledgeable and experienced collectors routinely look for "Collector" options when ordering, or at least contact us in advance to advise what they are looking for, and we gladly help them, but this person did none of that. When an unreasonable customer, who wants us to pay dearly for their mistake, tells us they won't order from us again, it is actually a relief knowing that we will be spared.

Pre-Orders

  • Pre-orders require immediate payment at checkout.
  • We cannot guarantee pre-ordered items will be available on the estimated arrival date due to factors beyond our control, so we cannot stipulate a specific ship date, but once received we will promptly ship out your order.
  • Pre-ordered items may arrive later than the advised availability date posted on our website due to postal interruptions, Customsโ€™ delays, manufacturing issues and other logistical problems.
  • Pre-ordered items are acquired in addition to our regular stock, so if you consider cancelling your order, please be advised that, if approved, a 15% restocking fee, or $5 (whichever is higher) may apply at our discretion.
  • If you combine in-stock and pre-ordered items, ALL items will be shipped at once when the pre-ordered items become available.
  • Placing an order with us implies you are willing to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we canโ€™t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned; perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
  • Additional non-returnable items include gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
  • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, if applicable:
    • Blu Ray, DVD, software, video game that has been opened.
    • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
    • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
  • Late or missing refunds, if applicable:
    • If you havenโ€™t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

  • Shipping

    • Canada Post is currently our sole shipping provider.
    • Most shipped items are trackable through Canada Post's website.
    • Most shipped items are insured by Canada Post for loss or damage.
    • Some very small items such as single LEGO minifigures will be shipped via postal mail since the cost of trackable and insured shipping for inexpensive items like these art too excessive to bear.
    • The primary Canada Post shipping method used within Canada is "Expedited Parcel" service.
    • The two Canada Post shipping methods used to send items to the United States are "Tracked Packet - USA" and "Expedited Parcel - USA."
    • All items will be well and safely packaged for shipping.
